Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the same as DevOps training? No. DevOps focuses on the software delivery lifecycle (CI/CD, IaC, containers). ITOps focuses on traditional IT operations — servers, networks, service desks, patching, asset management. They overlap in monitoring and automation, but the scope is different. Many organizations need both.

Do I need ITIL certification first? No. We cover ITIL 4 concepts within the course and align our processes to ITIL practices. The course prepares you for operational roles; ITIL certification can be pursued separately if desired.
