3. Consulting Engagements
Consulting engagements are defined by a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW) that specifies scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedule, and any assumptions or dependencies.
- Engagement scope changes must be documented in a Change Order signed by both parties.
- Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with written notice as specified in the SOW. Early termination fees may apply based on work completed and resources committed.
- Client acknowledges that successful transformation outcomes depend on timely access to systems, personnel, and information as specified in the SOW.
- DevOpsConsulting.in warrants that consulting services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by qualified practitioners.
4. Training Programs
4.1 Enrolment & Payment
Training enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a purchase order from an authorized organizational representative. Seat availability is not guaranteed until payment or purchase order is confirmed.
4.2 Cancellation & Refund
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee.
- 7–14 days before course start: 50% refund or full credit toward a future cohort.
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund. Seat may be transferred to another participant from the same organization at no additional cost.
- After course start: No refund. Access to course materials and lab environments is considered consumed upon course commencement.
DevOpsConsulting.in reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training cohort due to insufficient enrolment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort at no additional cost.
4.3 Corporate Training
Corporate training programs are governed by a separate Training Services Agreement that specifies curriculum customization, delivery format, dates, location, number of participants, and pricing. Cancellation terms for corporate training are specified in the Training Services Agreement.
5. Certification Programs
- DevOpsConsulting.in certification tracks are aligned with, but not administered by, the respective vendor organizations (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, CNCF, CompTIA, FinOps Foundation, ISC², etc.). Vendor certification exams are administered separately by each vendor.
- DevOpsConsulting.in awards a Certificate of Completion for training programs. This certificate confirms participation and completion of course requirements. It is distinct from vendor certification.
- DevOpsConsulting.in reserves the right to revoke any certificate or credential issued by us in cases of academic dishonesty, misrepresentation, or violation of exam conditions.
- Credential verification through our online portal confirms only that the named individual completed the specified program. It does not constitute an employment reference or endorsement.
6. Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Payment is due as specified in the invoice, typically within 15 days of invoice date for corporate clients and upon enrolment for individual training participants.
- Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT, or equivalent). Taxes will be added to invoices as required by law.
7. Scheduling & Access
- Training cohorts are scheduled in advance and published on our website. Dates are subject to change with notice to enrolled participants.
- Consulting engagement timelines are defined in the SOW. Delays caused by client unavailability, delayed access to systems, or incomplete information may result in timeline adjustments and additional fees.
- For support services, SLA response and resolution times apply from the moment a properly filed incident is acknowledged in our designated ticketing or communication channel.

8.1 Our IP
All course materials, curriculum, assessments, certification content, methodologies, tools, templates, frameworks, and documentation created by DevOpsConsulting.in ("Our IP") remain our exclusive intellectual property. 8.3 License to Use
Training participants receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use course materials for their individual learning purposes. Course materials may not be shared, distributed, or used to train others without a corporate training license.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This includes, but is not limited to: system architectures, security configurations, business processes, financial data, and personnel information.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
